There has been plenty going on over the last month at the centre, but we are particularly excited to be making our Christmas plans, especially for our Late Night Christmas Shopping Evening on Saturday 4th December.
Join us from 4pm until 8pm for an exclusive opportunity to see what lovely goodies and special discounts our shops have on offer, whilst you enjoy our Christmas carollers from the Halstead Community Choir. We have invited some additional talented local crafters to join us for the evening too, so make sure you visit unit 6, where they will all have their wares on sale.
There will also be a £100 prize draw on the evening; pick up a card from any of the participating shops when you arrive, then when you purchase something from one of our lovely independent retailers, you’ll receive a stamp. Fill your card with 3 stamps and pop your completed card in the box to be in with a chance of winning £100!
In addition to having our Christmas tree, decorations and shop displays up all gradually going up this month, we are excited to now have our lovely shiny new craft centre signs installed, so when you next visit, you will see it all looking very smart!
Naturally Unwrapped have now opened their doors and have been encouraging us all to consider new ways to reduce our plastic consumption to help our planet with their fabulous range of goods. We are overwhelmed at the local response to this lovely shop, it’s great to see how much you all want to do your bit to make a difference, please do tell your friends and family and keep bringing back your empties to get them refilled!
Lastly, we welcome Armadillo Customs to the centre, soon to be opening their shop and workshop here, offering motorcycle servicing, diagnostics and repairs as well as a wide range of high quality motorcycle gear. They are ‘a friendly bunch of passionate people who really love bikes, quality garments and the intoxicating smell of coffee and petrol, at any octane level!’ We think they will fit in well!
